Presenting A Case Study At EPIC People 2018

I was invited to present an ethnographic case study at the 2018 Ethnographic Praxis in Industry Conference (EPIC) in Honolulu, Hawaii. The case study was based on a Systems Change project (a “full-scale social lab”) that I helped design and deliver in Chicago in 2016-2017.

The case study, entitled Gaming Evidence: Power, Agency, And The Colonial Moment In A Chicago Systems Change Project, is an in-depth look at the power dynamics, challenges, and impact of Grove3547, a 2016 Social Lab on the South Side of Chicago. The case was published in EPIC's industry journal, EPIC Proceedings.
